Salary: $2,000/month base + performance bonuses

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for executing multi-channel prospecting campaigns to generate and qualify new client opportunities. Assigned to a specific franchisor prospect list, your goal will be to exhaust that list through outbound communication (calls, emails, texts, LinkedIn) and deliver consistent qualified leads for ScaleSource.
This is a performance-driven role in a fast-moving environment with clear benchmarks and accountability. Successful BDRs will consistently hit and exceed monthly lead targets, directly impacting both company growth and their own earning potential.
