WeRoad S.r.l. is seeking an early-career sales prospecting professional to drive outbound and inbound lead qualification for corporate travel offsites. You’ll build targeted lists, craft concise outreach, and book qualified meetings with decision-makers, while logging activities in the CRM and handing off to closers with full context.
You’ll work directly with leadership to develop messaging, learn from closers, and contribute to a lean US team focused on growth in the corporate travel space.
Corporate travel is a new revenue line and a new product for WeRoad: companies book a trip as an offsite or team retreat, on any of our itineraries. Buyers are mainly remote and distributed teams, with in-office companies showing interest too. Few companies think of group adventure travel as an offsite format today, so most of your conversations will introduce a new idea, not a comparison with a competitor. You are the first dedicated prospector on the team, and what you hear from the market will shape the pitch.
Compensation: 100K/year OTE
