Business Development Representative - Bilingual English and Portuguese - Remote

Role Summary: Due to our growth, we seek outstanding individuals for our Digital Sales team. As a Discretionary BDR, you will develop relationships with strategic, enterprise, and mid-market businesses by partnering with Sales to build opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.

  1. Account Based Strategy: Unlock potential in your accounts by building pipelines and creating account plans.
  2. Territory Planning: Conduct research, cluster accounts, and establish new connections within each cluster.
  3. Ecosystem Navigation: Enhance your networking and understanding of the customer buying process, showcasing presentation and storytelling skills.

What you'll get to do:

  • Select prospecting strategies tailored to your accounts and territories.
  • Partner with sales to generate pipeline in your region.
  • Design campaigns using our library, collaborating with sales and marketing.
  • Identify key initiatives for accounts and demonstrate how Splunk fits in.

Must-have Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience selling or building pipelines for SaaS solutions.
  • Proficiency in English and Portuguese.

Nice-to-have Qualifications:

  • Experience with Account Based Marketing (ABM).
  • Proven success in applying solutions to customer challenges.
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline and account planning.
  • Skills in prospecting, industry knowledge, and client engagement.
  • Adaptability, resilience, collaboration, and excellent communication skills.
