We have found success in the MENA market and are expanding to the United States, starting with New York. You will be among the first to join the New York team (remote, located in any LatAm country).

You thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and are highly organized with a consultative, persuasive approach. Experience with outreach, lead generation, or sales development—especially with SMBs in the US—sets you apart. You are passionate about helping business owners succeed in the creator economy.
Responsibilities
- Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (calls, email, social, etc.) that articulate Halo’s value proposition, demonstrate risk reduction, simplify influencer marketing, and deliver measurable ROI.
- Engage prospects in consultative conversations to understand pain points and marketing goals; address objections and position Halo as the solution.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell advanced features and platform upgrades with tailored recommendations.
- Track outreach activities, responses, and onboarding progress using call tracking and CRM tools; maintain a healthy sales pipeline and move prospects toward conversion.
- Collaborate with the team to refine sales messaging, share insights, and optimize outreach strategies to improve conversion rates and shorten sales cycles.
- Research and identify relevant SMBs, focusing on sectors such as food & beverage, local services, and retail.
- Gather contact details, social profiles, and decision-maker information to enrich business data using advanced tools and online resources.
- Onboarding and Relationship Building: Guide new clients through onboarding, set clear expectations, and help clients achieve their goals on the platform; provide feedback to improve processes and features.
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English (Spanish is a plus).
- Proven experience in outreach, lead generation, or sales development, preferably with SMBs in the US market.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results against clearly set conversion and onboarding targets.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing large datasets across multiple outreach channels.
- Proficient with call tracking, CRM, and data enrichment tools.
- Strong communication skills and a persuasive, consultative approach.
- Nice-to-have: experience in digital marketing, influencer marketing, or SaaS platform onboarding.
