KMA Human Resources Consulting is growing and looking for a HR Business Development Representative to support the Massachusetts area.
This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing team servicing a number of premier clients in New England. We are celebrating over 15 years of excellence helping organizations reach their business goals by serving as their human resources (HR) partner. We assist businesses to recruit, hire, compensate, train, and retain their workforce.
This position is salaried full-time and provides the opportunity to work with a dynamic team. Position is a relationship driven role and will involve consistent regional travel and will allow for flexibility to be available for some non-traditional work hours as needed to accommodate clients and attend events. Strong preference for individuals with knowledge of Massachusetts business development landscape and some experience in the field of human resources or similar service verticals.
Candidates considered must be currently residing in MA and able to work from a home office.
