Job description

Reporting to the Manager of Business Development, the Sales/Business Development team will be involved throughout the sales process to identify targets, contact prospects, and create opportunities. This role requires working closely with the Account Executives in the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify and hunt prospects through outbound prospecting efforts.
  2. Complete a volume of calls and emails to prospects within the territory daily.
  3. Call and email new prospects to develop business relationships with associations.
  4. Serve as the first in-depth point of contact for prospective partners and customers.
  5. Provide product information to prospective customers.
  6. Demonstrate solution-selling and relationship-building skills.
  7. Communicate, position, and sell our value proposition to prospects.
  8. Secure an assigned number of sales appointments, including webinars, in-person meetings, and event participation.
  9. Document all calls and email activities in the CRM system.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. 1-4 years of B2B Sales/Business Development experience.
  2. Fluent in English (written and spoken), with a passion for technology.
  3. Strong initiative, leadership, and self-motivation.
  4. High business acumen, ethics, and integrity.
  5. Excellent relationship development over the phone.
  6. Organized, articulate, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.
  7. Data-driven, results-oriented, and a team player.
