We’re looking for a purpose-driven Business Development Representative who’s passionate about people and eager to make an impact. You’ll be the first point of contact for organizations exploring what’s possible with Coaching Season—helping shape the future of work, one meaningful relationship at a time.

This is not your average sales job. You won’t be reading from scripts or pushing cookie-cutter products. You’ll listen, learn, connect, and co-create solutions with clients who care about building better workplaces. You’ll gain real experience owning the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—and have a front-row seat to how coaching can change lives and organizations.

What You’ll Do

Own the Sales Journey (End-to-End):

  • Identify and qualify leads who are a great fit for our coaching and workplace well-being offerings.
  • Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and video—starting authentic conversations, not just transactions.
  • Lead discovery calls, tailor proposals, and guide prospective clients through their decision-making process.
  • Close deals that are rooted in trust, value, and alignment with our mission.
  • Log outreach, manage pipelines, and track data using our CRM to inform strategy and refine messaging.

Collaborate & Grow:

  • Partner closely with the CEO and Marketing team to experiment with new strategies and campaigns.
  • Share what you’re hearing from the market to help shape our products, messaging, and roadmap.
  • Contribute ideas, test what works, and grow into a leader as our sales team expands.
  • Receive mentorship, coaching, and ongoing development to build your confidence and career.

About This Role

This opportunity is part of Coaching Season’s Startup Contributor Program during our early, pre-funding phase. It is a commission-based Business Development role with significant earning potential—ideal for entrepreneurial professionals eager to grow with a mission-driven company.

As a Startup Contributor, you’ll receive generous commission rates for each deal you close and have the opportunity to earn additional incentives as our sales structure evolves. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is motivated by impact and income, and wants to play a foundational role in scaling a bold new approach to workplace well-being.
