You’ll be the first point of contact for organizations exploring what’s possible with Coaching Season—helping shape the future of work, one meaningful relationship at a time.
This is not your average sales job. You won’t be reading from scripts or pushing cookie-cutter products. You’ll listen, learn, connect, and co-create solutions with clients who care about building better workplaces. You’ll gain real experience owning the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—and have a front-row seat to how coaching can change lives and organizations.

This opportunity is part of Coaching Season’s Startup Contributor Program during our early, pre-funding phase. It is a commission-based Business Development role with significant earning potential—ideal for entrepreneurial professionals eager to grow with a mission-driven company.
As a Startup Contributor, you’ll receive generous commission rates for each deal you close and have the opportunity to earn additional incentives as our sales structure evolves. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is motivated by impact and income, and wants to play a foundational role in scaling a bold new approach to workplace well-being.
