Accela is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive outreach to target accounts, inbound leads and marketing qualified leads to gather sales intelligence and nurture early opportunities.
Based in the Kansas City Metro area, you will prospect, qualify, and set appointments for the Sales team while maintaining accurate CRM records and supporting campaign initiatives.
The Business Development Representative will be actively involved in outreach to target accounts, inbound leads, and marketing qualified leads with the goal of gathering Sales intelligence and handling early-stage opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a desire to learn and develop their Sales expertise.
This role will be located in the Kansas City Metro area.

The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $50,000 - $65,000 (less applicable taxes). The actual annual base salary offered may be adjusted based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, location, education, skills, training, and experience. In addition to an annual base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus target. This is a discretionary bonus awarded based on company and individual goal achievement.
