Job Description:

As an Associate Consultant, you’ll step into a full-cycle (360°) sales role, giving you full ownership of your market and your success.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in:

• Business Development – winning new clients and building your own portfolio
• Account Management – developing long-term client relationships
• Negotiation – closing deals and maximizing value
• Headhunting – identifying and engaging top talent
• Market Expertise – becoming a specialist in your niche
