Entry-Level Sales Opportunities - Former Athletes

North Jersey | On-Site | Full-Time

We are partnering with multiple growing companies in North Jersey that are looking to hire competitive, motivated individuals for entry-level sales opportunities.

We are especially interested in speaking with former high school, college, and professional athletes, recent graduates, and individuals from other competitive backgrounds who are looking to start and build a career in sales.

Prior sales experience is not required. These companies are looking for people with the right mindset, personality, communication skills, and work ethic who are willing to learn and put in the work.

The Opportunities

We are currently recruiting for growing teams throughout North Jersey, including opportunities in Rutherford / East Rutherford, West Caldwell, Parsippany, and surrounding areas.

Depending on the opportunity, responsibilities may include:

• Outbound prospecting and cold calling
• Business development and new client acquisition
• Developing and managing your own territory or book of business
• Working toward individual and team performance goals

These are highly team-oriented environments with structured training, hands-on coaching, and clear opportunities to advance based on performance.

• Base salaries generally range from $50K-$65K
• First-year OTE generally ranges from $80K-$100K+, depending on the opportunity and performance
• Performance-based commission and earning upside
