Job Description
Remote Appointment Setter | $58K–$87K+/Year (Base + Commission)
Location: Remote (U.S. Based Only)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday (8:30 AM–5:00 PM), Saturday (8:30 AM–3:00 PM)
Compensation: $58,560–$87,000+ per year (Base Salary + Uncapped Commission)

Key Responsibilities:
Call warm inbound leads and conduct cold outreach to schedule high-quality sales appointments
Follow a consultative sales script to qualify prospects and understand their marketing goals
Leverage LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms to engage and nurture prospects
Handle objections and build strong rapport with decision-makers
Update prospect information and activities in our CRM system (GoHighLevel)
Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly performance goals
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in appointment setting, inside sales, or customer outreach roles
Experience selling marketing, branding, consulting, or high-ticket services is a strong advantage
Excellent phone communication and rapport-building skills
Strong objection-handling and lead qualification abilities
Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with CRM systems (GoHighLevel experience is a plus)
Must have your own computer, high-speed internet connection, and a quiet workspace
