Job summary

West Coast Wound & Skin Care in Farmington, NM, is seeking a Business Development Representative to grow our referral network in the healthcare community. This field sales role focuses on expanding the local market and partnering with health facilities, physicians, and home health agencies to drive growth.

You will travel throughout the assigned territory to educate partners, deliver best-in-class service, and collaborate with the team to meet quarterly objectives and strengthen our culture.

Qualifications

• 3- to-5-year sales experience in healthcare facilities, physicians, home health, hospice, or other healthcare entities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a large sales territory.
• Familiarity with post-acute sales and wound care services.
• Strong business and sales acumen.

West Coast Wound & Skin Care is seeking a Business Development Representative for Farmington, NM. This is a field sales position, not remote.

Requirements

• 3-to-5-year successful sales experience with healthcare facilities, physicians, home health, hospice, and other healthcare related entities

Duties will include, but are not limited to

Must have reliable means of transportation and ability to spend most of the time travelling throughout assigned sales territory

Compensation Package

• Competitive base salary based on experience
• Comprehensive performance incentive bonus + commissions
• Expected first year earnings at plan 95-100k
