About the Role
Onsite Women’s Health is the leading provider of in-office breast imaging services, saving lives through innovative breast care. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, driven, and personable Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our expansion in women’s health services. This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing, private equity–backed company where performance is rewarded, and professional growth is prioritized.
As a BDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, introducing our partnership model to OB/GYN practices across the country and booking highly qualified meetings for senior leadership. You’ll work closely with the Business Development Managers (BDMs), and play a key role in advancing the company’s growth and EBITDA targets.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, confident speaking on the phone, and eager to build foundational sales and communication skills in a professional healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct outbound prospecting to identify OB/GYN, PCP and multi-specialty practices that meet our ideal client profile
· Qualify leads based on defined metrics, ensuring alignment with practice size, patient volume, and strategic fit
· Initiate and manage personalized outreach campaigns via phone, email, LinkedIn and HubSpot tools
· Set and schedule high-quality discovery meetings with decision-makers for the Business Development Managers
· Maintain accurate and timely records of all lead activity and conversations in HubSpot
· Collaborate with sales leadership to refine territory strategy, target lists, and outreach tactics
· Participate in ongoing sales training and feedback sessions to continuously improve performance
· Track and report weekly progress, with a focus on meetings booked and pipeline development
What Success Looks Like
· Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs for qualified meetings booked
· Demonstrate a clear understanding of our value proposition and ability to communicate it effectively
· Maintain clean, organized data in HubSpot CRM
· Receive positive feedback from prospects and internal team on professionalism and preparation
· Contribute to new business wins by generating strong, sales-ready opportunities
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
· 2+ years of professional experience in a sales, outreach, customer success, or admin role
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Organized, reliable, and capable of managing multiple priorities at once
· Comfortable making outbound calls and following structured workflows
· Curious, coachable, and excited to learn through formal training and real-world experience
· Bonus: familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM
