A growing company in the healthcare apparel market seeks a Business Development Representative to drive sales growth. This remote position requires expertise in sales and communication to engage with clients, manage sales cycles, and collaborate with teams. We are seeking a resourceful and highly organized Business Development Representative to support our Image Program team and drive growth within the healthcare apparel market under the guidance and leadership of our New Business Development Manager. This remote position is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys owning the entire sales process—from prospecting to closing.
You'll be responsible for executing outbound prospecting strategies, generating and qualifying leads, maintaining CRM accuracy, preparing compelling sales materials, conducting research on prospective clients, and managing the sales cycle through proposal delivery and deal closure. Once the sale is complete, client relationships will transition to our Account Development Management team for ongoing support.
The role is centered on personal sales performance.
