Job summary

100X Recruiting is seeking a remote, independent contractor to open doors and win job orders across industries. You’ll leverage your existing network to identify short-staffed opportunities and lead with contract offerings. You’ll earn commissions on every contractor billed, with support from our payroll, platform, and teams.

The role is remote and flexible in schedule. You’ll hand off orders to our recruiting team, maintain client relationships, and expand an account by adding seats and repeat

Job description

Sell staffing to the companies you already know, in any industry, and get paid for every hour your clients' contractors work. You bring the relationship and the hiring need. 100X brings everything else: the recruiters, the payroll, the platform and the paperwork. That's the business in a box.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Your job is to open doors and win job orders. Our recruiters fill them.

• Work your network. Call the CFOs, CPAs, HR leaders and owners you know, and find out who's short-staffed.
• Lead with contract. Every contractor you put to work pays you every week they bill.
• Sell all four ways to staff: fractional, contract and temp, temp-to-hire, and direct hire. The client picks what fits; you earn on all of them.
• Hand off the order. Send the need to our recruiting team. You never source, screen or run payroll.
• Stay the relationship owner. Check in with your clients, extend assignments, add seats and turn one order into an account.
• Use the platform. See which companies are hiring, who to call there, and every dollar in your commission book.

THE BUSINESS IN A BOX

• A recruiting team: every order gets a recruiter, a screening questionnaire built with the client, a recorded video interview per candidate and checked references.
• Payroll and compliance: contractors work on our payroll. We invoice the client and cover wages, taxes, workers' comp, benefits and compliance.
• Established brands: Staff Financial Group for accounting and finance, MedPoint Partners for healthcare, and 100X Recruiting for everything else.
• Four ways to staff: fractional, contract and temp, temp-to-hire, and direct hire with a replacement guarantee.
• Client agreements: contracts ready to sign, so you can close on the first call.
• The 100X platform: your Partner page and referral link, live job openings, who to call at each company, and warm paths through our team's LinkedIn networks.
• Commission tracking: every placement, worker, hour and commission tracked for you on your Partner page.
• Marketing support: salary guides, landing pages and outreach you can send under our brands.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

People whose networks hire. No recruiting experience needed.

• CPAs, CFOs and controllers whose clients are always hiring
• HR leaders, consultants, and retired or semi-retired executives in any industry
• Staffing and B2B sales reps who want to own a recurring book

You'll do well here if you know decision-makers by name and can get them on the phone, are comfortable asking for the business, work on your own without a manager setting your day, and follow through, because your name is on every introduction.

A plus: past staffing sales experience.

ROLE DETAILS

• Type: independent contractor (1099), commission only
• Location: remote
• Schedule: your own; full time or alongside other work
• Quota: none. No exclusivity.
• Paid: 15th of the following month, via Stripe
• Agreement: the 100X Partner Agreement (100xrecruiting.com/partner-agreement)

Introductions don't qualify when they're yourself, your own employer, or a company already working with 100X or NorthPoint Search Group. Orders from clients you bring in run through 100X while the agreement is in place.
