A leading company in Safety Staffing seeks a Business Development Representative to drive new business growth. This role involves aggressive prospecting, building client relationships, and meeting sales quotas. Job Summary:
This is a salary+commission position, with the possibility of making $150-200k with commission after about 2 years.
Sheakley is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to focus on new business-to-business account development for our Safety Staffing division. Responsibilities include building professional relationships, prospecting, cold calling, scheduling appointments with clients and prospective clients, presenting information on service offerings and meeting sales quotas. Qualified candidates must have a passion for business development and be able to promote and educate employers on the need for creating better work environments.
The Business Development Representative needs to be someone who can prospect aggressively, help clients and prospects identify staffing needs and present value-added opportunities, and promote and sell solutions for complex staffing needs.

Knowledge and skills at a level normally acquired through the completion of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Qualified candidates must have a strong sales background.
