Job Role:

  • To bring in new clients from India and the global market whom we can help with their hiring needs.
  • To ensure we conduct proper due diligence and screen the clients well to confirm their keen interest in hiring.
  • To handhold the Delivery Team to close the initial 2 positions with a new client before handing over to them.
  • Build the Brand Contactx.
  • To increase visibility on social media about Contactx to attract the right clients and prospective candidates.

Profile:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Should have good hands-on experience in social media marketing.
  • Should have consistently performed well academically.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Experience in a recruitment firm is preferred.
  • Should be good with numbers, figures, and targets.
  • Should excel in client servicing, client relationships, and be a people person.
