You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal teams to turn partnership opportunities into actionable initiatives.

The role offers substantial ownership, with opportunities to shape partnership models, product integrations, business cases, and strategic projects.

You will operate in a fast-moving environment where priorities can evolve quickly and ambiguity is part of the work.

This is a strong opportunity for a commercially minded professional ready to expand their impact in partnerships and strategic growth.

Accountabilities
  • Identify, develop, and support strategic partnerships across technology platforms, retailers, brands, agencies, and other ecosystem participants.

  • Manage day-to-day partner relationships and communications, including interactions with senior external stakeholders.

  • Research and evaluate potential partners, market opportunities, competitors, and emerging industry trends.

  • Support outreach, partnership evaluation, follow‑up, and progression of prospective opportunities.

  • Help structure partnership proposals, commercial models, business cases, and internal recommendations.

  • Coordinate partnership discussions and workstreams across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal.

  • Support API‑led and product integration partnerships by coordinating partner requirements, implementation timelines, dependencies, and technical considerations with relevant teams.

  • Track partnership milestones, deliverables, dependencies, decisions, and next steps to maintain momentum and accountability.

  • Prepare presentations, proposals, meeting materials, executive communications, and other internal and external partnership documentation.

  • Contribute to broader strategic initiatives, including selected corporate development and strategic evaluation projects.

  • Take ownership of projects from initial discussions through execution while proactively identifying issues and opportunities.

  • Help strengthen partnership processes and contribute to scalable approaches for evaluating and managing strategic opportunities.

Requirements
  • 3 years of professional experience in partnerships, business development, strategy, consulting, corporate development, or a related discipline.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently and professionally with senior external stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ownership and initiative, with the ability to independently move projects from concept to execution.

  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment where priorities, requirements, and opportunities may evolve.

  • Strong organizational and project‑management capabilities, including the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and concurrent workstreams.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop business cases, presentations, recommendations, and commercial analyses.

  • Ability to understand both commercial and product considerations and translate requirements effectively between different internal teams.

  • Experience with API integrations, technology partnerships, platform integrations, or other product‑led partnerships is highly valued.

  • Experience in Ad Tech, Retail Media Networks, commerce technology, SaaS, or related industries is advantageous but not required.

  • Exposure to corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, or transaction‑related work is a plus.

  • Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with detailed execution and follow‑through.

  • Strong relationship‑building skills and a collaborative approach to working across functions.

  • Willingness to take on ambiguous or emerging projects and develop structure where none initially exists.

  • Candidates should be based in the U.S. Eastern Time Zone (EST).

Benefits
  • Estimated annual base salary range of $100,000--$120,000.

  • Potential additional variable compensation and stock options.

  • Compensation may vary based on location, skills, experience, market conditions, and internal compensation considerations.

  • Fully remote work opportunity.

  • Opportunity to work on strategic partnerships across technology, commerce, retail, and other rapidly evolving industries.
