Klarna in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Partner Success professional to drive growth with our largest merchants. You’ll own relationships, craft joint business plans, and coordinate analytics, delivery, and marketing to scale partnerships.
You’ll identify opportunities, present to C-suite stakeholders, manage budgets and timelines, and adapt Klarna’s model to diverse local markets. The role requires 5+ years in business development or sales and experience across retail, payments, or ecommerce.
Klarna, brieflyAt Klarna, we’re building an everyday finance network, helping over 120 million consumers across 26 countries save time and money, and worry less about their finances. Working here means taking on problems most companies never get to solve, and being hands‑on enough that the interesting part of the work lands with you, not someone else — you’ll build with AI, not watch it happen. This is the stretch zone. Come find out what you’re capable of.

Klarna’s largest merchants are the ones where a single commercial decision moves the most volume. You’ll join one of our Partner Success Teams and work with these merchants to find where they can grow with Klarna, and to turn each opportunity into a solution that scales across their business. You’ll set your own direction. Nobody will hand you a list of accounts to maintain: you decide which opportunities are worth pursuing, bring in analytics, delivery, and marketing colleagues when a partnership needs them, and learn each merchant’s business quickly enough to advise it.
