The Opportunity (What You’ll Own)

  • Originate new project work by mapping, approaching and qualifying prospects that match our ICP (product-led SaaS, Series A-C, funded €10–100 M or equivalent).
  • Shape value-led proposals with our architects and designers; guide prospects through discovery calls, scope iterations and commercial terms.
  • Close the engagement and hand off to delivery leads with clear context (light CRM notes, signed SoW, kickoff checklist).
  • Grow repeat revenue by nurturing satisfied accounts and spotting follow-on opportunities.

Compensation & Logistics

• Commission (first contract with a new client): tiered 14 – 18 % of total contract value (larger deals earn the higher percentage), uncapped

• Commission (follow-on contracts you manage for that client): 8 % of each subsequent deal for as long as you remain the relationship lead (24-month rolling window)

• Payout: commissions are wired 15 days after Yellow! GNU receives payment from the client

• Contract type: Independent contractor / 1099 (or local equivalent)

• Hours & location: work from anywhere; you set your own schedule—only occasional overlap for client calls

  • Enjoy operating solo—planning outreach, nurturing relationships and carrying a personal quota.
  • Communicate value through consultative storytelling and crisp negotiation.
  • Like collaborating asynchronously with engineers, designers and PMs spread across multiple time-zones.

Bonus: familiarity with agile delivery, HIPAA / PSD2 / GDPR compliance, or cloud-native architectures.
