Business Development Partner – Title & Escrow

Location: Northern Nevada, Minden, Incline Village, and surrounding communities.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with Realtors, lenders, builders, investors, and key partners throughout Northern Nevada.
• Develop new business opportunities through consistent market presence, networking, and relationship-building.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience built on responsiveness, trust, and follow-through.
• Partner closely with escrow and operational teams to drive client success and retention.
• Represent a trusted national brand while continuing to build your own reputation in the market.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of successful residential title, escrow, real estate, mortgage, or related industry experience.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong relationship-building and follow-through skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Compensation

• Eligible for bonus pay and/or incentives for production or other goals.
• The hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.
