Wintrust Financial Corporation in Rosemont, IL seeks a Business Development Officer, Government Banking to cultivate public sector opportunities across the Wintrust footprint. You will build relationships with government clients, work with Relationship Managers, and contribute specialty knowledge to proposals.
The role requires at least 5 years in Treasury Management Sales for government sector, a BA in business/finance, strong communication and analytical skills.

The Business Development Officer, Government Banking will cultivate new business opportunities within the public sector across the Wintrust footprint, through direct calling, association and conference participation and working in tandem with Wintrust’s local Relationship Managers. The position will also be responsible for assisting in the management of prospects and clients by providing industry specific knowledge.

The estimated salary range for this role is $98,000 - $132,000 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience.
