Responsibilities

• Address complex issues with significant impact, weighing alternatives and balancing needs.
• Deliver comprehensive services across geographic regions.
• Work with senior management on structuring and negotiating complex deals and financial requirements.
• Utilize in-depth industrial and business knowledge to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
• Manage processes related to sourcing, evaluating, winning, and closing new partner programs.
• Assist in budgeting, planning, policy formulation, and implementation with the Country Head or Team Manager.
• Assess risks carefully, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, safeguarding Citi's reputation, and escalating issues transparently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, engineering, or related disciplines.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in the commercial banking industry.
• Proven ability to build relationships with product and credit review/approval partners.
• Solid knowledge of treasury and capital markets products.

Education
