The role requires 5+ years in business development within financial services, a strong background in investment planning, and credentials such as CFP/CFA. Compensation ranges from $120,000 to $150,000 with strong benefits and 401(k) matching.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our Growth organization. This role is responsible for cultivating new client relationships and supporting the firm’s growth initiatives in high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) segments. The ideal candidate will have deep experience engaging, converting, and managing perspective clients as well as a solid understanding of executive compensation and benefits, financial, tax, estate and risk management planning, within the wealth management industry.
