Emser Tile is seeking a Business Development Manager to mentor our Branch-based Outside Sales Representatives, elevating product sales and customer service to achieve goals and grow market penetration and margins. This role builds and maintains a strong Commercial/Retail/Builder sales force capable of increasing product sales.
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and five+ years in sales management, with the ability to travel over 50% of the time.

Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00
