Victorian Post Acute is seeking a motivated, outgoing, and results-driven Business Development & Marketing Liaison to join our team and help grow our census through strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, case managers, managed care organizations, and community partners. This is a hands-on business development position for someone who understands healthcare referrals and is passionate about building relationships and creating new opportunities for a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable spending time in the community developing referral relationships.
