Job description

Position Type:

Field-Based Outside Sales

The Wheel Group is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager in Denver, Colorado, to expand our presence in the aftermarket wheel and tire industry.

We're specifically looking for professionals with direct wheel and tire industry sales experience, established dealer relationships, and a proven ability to develop new business.

WHAT DRIVES US

Founded in 1997, The Wheel Group is a leading designer, developer, and owner of aftermarket automotive wheel, tire, and accessory brands, with a focus on quality, innovation, and performance.

Headquartered in Ontario, California, with 15 distribution centers throughout the U.S. and Canada and a QC, engineering, and support services office in Shanghai, China, TWG serves customers across North America and globally.

TAKING THE WHEEL

As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for growing TWG's presence throughout your assigned territory by identifying new business opportunities, opening new accounts, and building relationships with wheel and tire dealers.

This is a true outside sales hunter role — not an inside sales or account maintenance position.

You'll spend most of your time in the field meeting prospective customers, making cold calls, visiting dealerships and shops, and turning opportunities into long-term business.

  • Present and sell TWG's wheel, tire, and accessory product lines.
  • Identify opportunities to increase market share and expand TWG's dealer network.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting and product presentations to negotiations and closing.
  • Meet or exceed sales activity, new account acquisition, and revenue goals.
  • Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and market opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and pipeline updates in the CRM.
  • Partner with internal Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to support customer needs and long-term account growth.
