Job description

Maple Tech Space is an IT consultancy firm based in Canada. MTS was started in 2020 with our Head Office in Ontario, Canada, and offshore offices in Kerala. MTS has strong expertise in IT consulting, Digital Marketing, App Development, and Web services.

Maple Tech Space is a product-oriented company with three products running successfully in the Canadian market. Since its launch, it has seen rapid expansion with over 1000 clients in Canada.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Lead generation and qualifying prospects.

2. Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads.

3. Day-to-day account management and development.

4. Source and work customer referrals.

5. Answer all lead and customer questions accurately.

6. Prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions as needed.

7. Managing and maintaining a balance between new business prospecting and managing existing clients.

Requirements

1. A self-motivator drove growth and success.

2. A strong customer focus, a keen sense of urgency, and a high level of energy.

3. A proactive thinker who recognizes and understands our business strategy/direction.

4. Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.

5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

6. Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in sales, business development or related positions.

7. Candidate must be proficient in Hindi/Punjabi/Tamil/Telugu & English with technology sales experience.

Location: Work From Home

Time: 6:00 pm to 3am IST (Canadian Shift)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
