About The Role:
Are you a dynamic and motivated sales professional with a passion for real estate TrustArt Realty, a leading property management company in Philadelphia, PA, looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive our growth by securing new property management clients.
This is a highly impactful role where you’ll be working both company-generated leads and self-generated leads, building relationships with referral sources, contributing to marketing initiatives, and ultimately converting prospects into clients. We provide extensive training, robust resources, and ongoing support to set you up for success.
The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, coachable, and results-driven—ready to take ownership of their role and make a significant contribution to our company’s growth.
Candidates must be willing to obtain a Pennsylvania Real Estate license within the first three months of employment or have an active Pennsylvania Real Estate license.
Work Environment: This position is in the office at 1101 Foulkrod St Philadelphia PA 19124. This position will be meeting with local prospects and referral partners in person regularly. After successfully completing the first 90 days and consistently meeting performance goals, the Business Development Manager may become eligible for a hybrid work schedule.
