Job summary

Qualifications

  • Engage with industry experts, attend relevant trade shows, and monitor competitor activities to refine targeting strategies
  • Design and implement customized programs aimed at converting national accounts by leveraging initiatives like Impact Rewards, Trade In Trade Up, and Extended Warranty
  • Conduct thorough analysis of each account’s specific needs and challenges to develop targeted solutions that resonate with their business objectives
  • Provide ongoing support and training to account representatives to facilitate adoption of these programs
  • Utilize the expertise of the National Retail PRO team to strengthen relationships with key national accounts
  • Coordinate consistent communication, addressing concerns and fostering long-term partnerships
  • Cultivate and sustain direct relationships with the top 20-30 national accounts
  • Engage regularly with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions

The Job:

As the Business Development Manager on our retail field team, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales results in the residential construction space focused on growing Lowe’s Pro business. You will be responsible for developing the relationship with the outside sales teams at Lowe’s Pro Supply and FBM as well as working with the Lowe’s Home Services division. This role requires a dynamic leader who can engage with industry experts, attend trade shows, and monitor competitor activity. You’ll also:

The Total Target Cash Compensation range for this position is $105,000.00 - $169,100.00
