Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities:

- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Negotiation and Closing Deals:
- Lead contract negotiations and close deals that align with company goals and client expectations.
- Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Collaboration and Reporting:
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with product offerings.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to the management team.
Qualifications:
- Proven Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales in the software industry, with a focus on software development services.
- Demonstrated success in a commission-based sales role with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of software development processes, technologies, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade decision-makers.

- Technical Acumen:
