The Business Development Manager (BDM) will play a critical role in developing new markets, engaging prospective customers, and supporting adoption of Covaris workflows and solutions. This individual will identify opportunities, design and support customized workflows, and provide technical guidance throughout evaluation and implementation. While occasional operator training may be required, the primary focus is building a strong opportunity pipeline and partnering with commercial teams to convert leads into customers. The BDM will also contribute to the development and optimization of next‑generation products, workflows, and system standards. We are seeking a self‑motivated candidate with a strong scientific background and a passion for customer engagement within the biopharma space.
The annual compensation range for this full‑time position is $150,000 to $160,000. The final base pay offered to the successful candidate will be determined by factors including internal equity, work location, as well as individual qualifications, such as job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
