Role Description

This is a commission-only, part-time remote position for a Sales & Business Development Manager. Responsibilities include generating new leads, closing deals with B2B customers, and building relationships through effective communication and networking.

Compensation

20% commission on closed deals, with no base salary. A yearly performance bonus of 1-10% on sales is also offered. This role can transition to full-time after 90 days if certain metrics are met, with opportunities to grow a team or work as an individual contributor.

Qualifications

  • Experience in business development & sales, preferably in an Operations/Manufacturing B2B environment
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively
  • Proven ability to prospect, win new business, and close deals
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
