Company Summary

RJV Office Furnishing, operating under the eLtru brand, is a leading provider of sustainable office furniture solutions. We’ve grown into a multi-service company specializing in pre-owned furniture sales, decommissioning services, commercial moving, and storage. As an MBE-certified business, we’ve also launched a dedicated e-commerce platform to support our expansion and digital reach.

We are now looking to bring on a Business Development leader to help take our decommissioning, moving, and storage services to the next level — with sustainability at the core of our mission.

Position Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Business Development professional with a hunter mindset and a successful track record in outbound B2B sales, lead generation, and closing new accounts.

You should have:

  • Direct experience in commercial moving, liquidation, decommissioning, and storage
  • Strong relationships with facilities managers, landlords, and brokers
  • The ability to manage complex sales cycles — from job walkthroughs to proposals and execution
  • A solid presence in IFMA, BOMA, CoreNet, or similar industry circles

This role is relationship-driven. A strong rolodex of contacts in commercial real estate and facilities management is a major advantage.

Compensation & Structure
  • Base Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 (DOE)
  • Commission: 10–15% on qualified, closed business
  • Bonuses: Quarterly performance-based
  • Growth: Opportunity to evolve into a leadership role as eLtru expands
