Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth in the coffee industry.
Cultivate and manage relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners within the coffee sector.
Promote and sell advanced coffee equipment, including machinery, brewing systems, and related solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create customized solutions for clients.
Identify new business opportunities, and explore emerging markets within the coffee industry.
Drive sales targets and achieve budgetary goals consistently.
Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Deliver presentations and product demos to potential clients and stakeholders.
Willingness to travel domestically & internationally.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or similar roles preferably within the coffee industry, but not exclusive to it.
Preferably, a background in coffee equipment or catering equipment, such as automatic and espresso machines, but general equipment experience will also be considered.
Proven track record of successfully achieving sales targets and consistently meeting or exceeding budgetary goals.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain lasting business relationships with clients at various levels.
Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset and passion for identifying growth opportunities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of current trends and innovations within the coffee industry is a plus.
