About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help expand Altanova's reach and growth. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical understanding of our services, strong business development skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective long-term growth strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute growth strategies focusing on financial gains and customer satisfaction.
  • Research new markets and customer needs.
  • Arrange meetings with prospective partners and clients.
  • Promote our services through targeted channels.
  • Write and submit proposals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners and clients.
Qualifications
  • Background in mechanical engineering, building science, or related fields.
  • Degree in business administration, sales, or relevant field, or proven experience in business development or sales roles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Experience with CRM and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate flexibility and positivity.
