The Cloud + AI Infrastructure (CAI) team delivers a scalable strategy with local execution for data center customer transformation and growth. We are the worldwide go-to-market compute and data center networking engine, engaging with sellers, channel partners, and customers to fuel growth. The CAI team builds sales strategies, activates sellers and technical communities, and accelerates solution selling daily.

Your Impact

As a Business Development Manager, Neo Cloud (WW), you will drive adoption of our AI and Internet and Mass-Scale Infrastructure (I&MI) solutions within the Neo Cloud Provider market (e.g., Cloud Service Providers, emerging AI providers such as AI-native cloud builders, AI SaaS providers, and AI System Integrators).

You will identify potential clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions aligning with their business operations. This role allows you to craft your own sales strategy to meet targets through relationship building and cultivation.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in technology-related business development, unlocking revenue for innovative technology solutions.
  • Understanding of business issues faced by Cloud Builders and Providers (networking infrastructure, accelerated computing, data center tech, deep learning & machine learning).
  • Ability to communicate complex I&MI and AI infrastructure concepts to diverse audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related; advanced degree a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in writing, speaking, and presenting.
  • Experience bridging networking concepts with AI infrastructure.
  • Experience working with VCs or PEs funding AI projects and emerging AI companies.
  • Knowledge of deep learning, data science, NVIDIA GPUs, and data workloads.
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and Marketing for AI or Networking Infrastructure launches.
  • Team-player mentality focused on collective success.
