Market Development
  • Market Development of company's products and enhancement of sales through various marketing initiatives/drives
  • Driving Marketing Initiatives like- Counter meet, user meet etc.
  • Business development through market visit at Retailers/End Users/site.
User & Influencers Development
  • User Development of Key Outlets
  • End Users' Development through trainings as well as product application trials.
  • Influencers connect on product specifications
  • Assistance to Sales team/Retailers/End Users etc. for solving market related issues like- product, product quality and application at user and site level.
Key retailers development
  • Connecting with key retailers for working on their users development.
  • Driving focus product sales at key retailers.
  • Executing retailers' specific needs-based activity for User conversion.
Training & Development
  • Providing training to sales officers & end users (Product Knowledge / Application Training / Planning & Implementation of Market Development Module / Conducting User Development Meets)
  • Joint working with sales officers to identify the concern areas and take corrective action for development on market development areas.
Launching & Promotion of new Products
  • Launching of products: Driving of end user connect program.
  • Promotion of new products/applications as per new product launch module
  • Providing market & users feedback of new launches
Market Research
  • To conduct market research and collect systematic feedback from users| retailers| team as per module.
  • To generate market intelligence and track competitors activity.
