The Business Development Manager is responsible for growth in Sonar piezoceramics, sensors, and transducers for commercial and military applications. This position will lead the acquisition of new program business while managing existing programs and accounts. The role is remote, with preference for candidates residing in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, or New Hampshire. U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance are required. Active security clearance is preferred.
The Business Development Manager is a hands-on role that involves direct action and collaboration across functions. The goal is to grow Mil/Aero program business by managing and expanding sales, developing new customers, recommending new products, and identifying new business opportunities. The strategy will be developed, managed, and executed in collaboration with marketing, product management, FAEs, and engineering.
This position reports directly to the General Manager and influences the company's strategic direction and growth in the Mil/Aero market.
Primarily office-based with extensive travel. Ability to sit for long periods, hear phone calls, enter data, and lift up to 10 pounds.
