Acute Care Technology

The incumbent will use their significant sales management experience to lead, inspire, and manage a team, driving growth in revenue and margin nationally by increasing the penetration of ZOLL Hospital products and services into existing accounts and converting non-ZOLL Hospital Accounts, while meeting or exceeding revenue targets and performance objectives.

Essential Functions
  1. Implementation of strategic plans assigned by company standards and working within the designated market segment.
  2. Territory planning, structured calling systems, and direct selling to the hospital market.
  3. Develop new business, conduct market research, and organize trials of new products.
  4. Identify new potential hospital opportunities, service existing accounts, and identify Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  5. Responsible for tender preparation and conducting tender interviews with product demonstrations throughout the tendering process.
  6. Perform site visits to advise on installation and provide in-service product training to customers as part of post-sales activities.
  7. Run resuscitation initiatives and programs within the hospital segment.
  8. Prepare regular written reports and complete sales reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce.com).
  9. Develop and promote large projects in the region, collaborating with BPs to complete bidding and tendering.
  10. Conduct market research, collect project information, and analyze competitors.
  11. Visit and maintain relationships with KOLs and key accounts.
Required/Preferred Education and Experience
  • University Degree or Equivalent.
  • 8+ years experience in the Medical Device industry selling medical equipment and disposables, preferred.
  • Experience leading a team to achieve targeted market goals.
  • Experience managing multiple business partners.
  • Experience managing existing accounts for consistent disposable use and developing pipelines for capital equipment.

  • Strong track record of delivering sustained profitable growth in healthcare markets and developing markets for new and emerging medical technologies.

  • Ability to develop innovative cooperation models in sales processes.
