Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager with deep expertise in patient access, healthcare revenue cycle, and IT solutions. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth by positioning T2 Tech as the premier partner for revenue cycle transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Revenue Growth – Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify, engage, and secure new clients within hospitals, healthcare systems, and revenue cycle management firms.
  • Client-Centric Selling – Engage with C-suite executives, Chief Financial Officers, Patient Access Directors, Revenue Cycle Directors, and Chief Information Officers to understand their pain points and present T2 Tech’s tailored solutions that improve financial performance, optimize workflows, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Lead Generation & Pipeline Management – Identify key prospects, cultivate relationships, and drive opportunities through the sales funnel to successful contract execution.
  • Industry Expertise & Thought Leadership – Stay ahead of healthcare revenue cycle trends, regulatory changes, and technology advancements to position T2 Tech as a trusted advisor and industry leader.
  • Proposal Development & Presentations – Lead client pitches, create compelling proposals, and deliver high-impact presentations that showcase our ROI-driven solutions.
  • Partnership Building – Establish and nurture relationships with key healthcare stakeholders, technology partners, and industry influencers to expand T2 Tech’s footprint in the market.
  • Collaboration with Delivery Teams – Work closely with internal technical and consulting teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Sales Performance & Metrics – Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas, track KPIs, and report on sales performance.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, with a strong emphasis on healthcare patient access, revenue cycle management or healthcare IT solutions.
  • Proven success in selling consulting services, technology solutions, or revenue cycle transformation programs to healthcare organizations.
  • Strong network and existing relationships within hospitals, health systems, or revenue cycle management firms.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
  • Familiarity with healthcare IT systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech) and revenue cycle platforms is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Physical & Travel Requirements:
