Position Summary
eStore EPP Manager serves as a guardian of Samsung EPP sales on Samsung Romania D2C channels.
In this role, the person is responsible for setting up short- and long-term sales and product strategies to sustainably grow and nurture Samsung EPP sales channels in line with HQ’s and EO’s directions. They must ensure that all weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales and profit KPI targets are achieved for all EPP channels. For continuous improvement of our EPP operations, the role owner must track and analyze online market trends and key consumer behaviors in the online field.
Role and Responsibilities
- Execute sales strategy by identifying business customer needs and selling appropriate products and services online on designated .com platforms.
- Grow online B2B business through multiple marketing and sales techniques and touchpoints, conducting in-person meetings, and partnering with vendors or manufacturers.
- Maintain a targeted understanding of customers’ businesses, establishing customer needs, buying cycles, and creating strong relationships to effectively drive sales and repeat business through designated online channels.
- Meet or exceed annual sales top-line revenue and margin goals as defined by management.
- Adhere to the sales process, including pipeline development and accurate forecasting via internal tools.
- Execute regular Business Review Reports to Sales/Project Manager focusing on past performance, current quarter expectations, pipeline analysis, key wins, and personal improvement goals.
- Develop a partnership network with companies to drive attachment and retention towards the brand portfolio long-term through tailored online offers and promotional activities.
- Work closely with the eStore team to set KPIs and align promotional activities across all levels, including Sales, Logistics, Performance Marketing, Platform Development, and Maintenance.
- Create and maintain relevant product mixes for all EPP sites.
- Develop a clear pricing strategy with relevant promotional plans and maintain prices in the system for all EPP sites.
- Report and analyze competitors’ products, prices, and marketing activities related to dedicated products to enhance competitiveness.
Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of three years' experience in digital marketing/ecommerce.
- A university degree in Business or Marketing.
- Proven experience in planning, managing ecommerce websites, and executing successful updates and campaigns.
- Expertise in digital tools and techniques, with the ability to develop creative solutions.
- Experience creating offers through online sales platforms and understanding communication funnels that drive results.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Analytical skills with great problem-solving abilities, capable of delivering consumer-centric, data-driven marketing activities at scale and speed.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to work effectively with stakeholders and external agencies.
- Experience managing agency partners and leading virtual teams to achieve shared objectives.

They will launch new products and campaigns on time and within budget, evolving the digital experience for consumers. They will also interpret technical plans simply, demonstrating how eStore can help meet KPIs and objectives, and will continually improve the EPP experience using data and insights.
