PRINCIPAL PURPOSE OF JOB:
The Energy Segment Manager is responsible for driving growth and profitability within the energy sector
(including oil & gas, power , and renewable energy) by leveraging technical expertise, strategic
account management, and market insight. This role combines solution-based selling, customer relationship
management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and align
with company objectives. In addition, the position provides input and participates in the marketing, market
planning, and technical development of products and services. This is a remote position requiring travel.

Individuals may need to sit or stand as needed. Requires walking primarily on a level surface for periodic periods
throughout the day with occasional climbing of stairs and ladders to access manufacturing work areas. Reaching above
shoulder heights or below the waist. Lifting of 50 pounds or more. Proper lifting techniques required. Travel
may be required (U.S. and International).
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Energy, or related field) or Business with Technical Experience
within the Energy Market. 3+ years in technical sales or account management with proven track record of managing
key accounts and driving revenue growth
