Purpose of the job: The Business Development Manager will report directly to the Director of Sales for Art & Codev. This role is specialized in selling development and art services to E-Learning companies, with a focus exclusively on this sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their network within the E-Learning industry to generate new business opportunities and lead the creation of workflows for selling to this vertical. They will play a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives and achieving business goals within the E-Learning sector.
Position In The Organization
Part of the Business Development team within the Art & Codev team and reporting directly to the Director of Sales, with a dotted line to Head of Codev & Art for any production related matters.
Duties and key responsibilities Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and generate new business opportunities for Art and Development within the E-Learning industry. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in ELearning companies. Leverage your existing network to drive sales and expand our presence in the E-Learning market. Lead the creation and implementation of workflows and processes for selling development and art services to E-Learning companies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and client satisfaction. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats. Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
