With deep expertise in softgel capsules, solid oral dosage, semi-solid, and liquid formulations, they deliver high-quality, flexible manufacturing solutions for clinical and commercial supply.

What You'll Do

• Build and grow relationships with biotech and pharma clients
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract close
• Act as a trusted advisor on formulation, tech transfer, and manufacturing strategies
• Represent the company at key industry events and expand visibility in the CDMO market

What We're Looking For

• 5-10 years of BD/sales experience in CDMO, CMO, or pharma manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of oral dosage forms and GMP operations
• Track record of selling services to pharma and biotech at all stages of development
• Excellent communication and consultative sales skills
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or Business (advanced degree preferred)
• Willingness to travel up to 30%
