Job Overview

The Business Development Manager leads sales initiatives and manages high-value accounts, applying specialized expertise in oil and gas sales to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional sales teams or projects, providing strategic direction and oversight

Qualifications Required

• Demonstrated experience in the relevant discipline through one of the following:
• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of related experience
• Equivalent professional experience and demonstrated expertise (Qualified by Experience)
• Experience with Scada, and production optimization solutions.
• Software experience (preferred): CygNet, Foresite, Petrovisor, Ecovisor

Skills Required

• Own and drive the product line pipeline as defined by digital product line manager
• Work with product line manager to drive initiatives in improving product line gross margins, pricing strategies and business growth
• Strategize with the sales team to drive individual opportunities
• Strategize with the product line manager to drive strategic opportunities
• Work with other business development manager for cross-sell opportunities
• Functional Expertise: Applies specialized depth of expertise, leading teams in implementing best practices and achieving operational excellence
