Job summary

SHI International is seeking a Business Development Manager for Dell End User Compute in Austin, TX. The role supports sales reps with product and program information, drives OEM partner initiatives, and represents SHI at industry events to grow the partner ecosystem.

You will create trainings, manage pipelines, and build relationships with decision-makers across target accounts. A Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of related experience are required, with travel of ~15% expected.

The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
