  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans with defined target accounts, engagement timelines, and revenue milestones.
  • Convert qualified leads into closed accounts through a disciplined, consultative sales process tailored to complex, multi-stakeholder buyers.
Channel and Influencer Relationship Management
  • Build and own a robust network of channel relationships with art consultants, interior designers, architects, general contractors, and procurement / FF&E teams who specify or procure commercial art and décor at scale.
  • Position yourself as a trusted resource and subject-matter expert for the trade community, offering insight on art curation, product capabilities, pricing structures, and fulfillment logistics.

  • Maintain regular, structured touchpoints with your influencer network to stay top-of-mind for upcoming projects and renovation cycles.
Project-Based Sales Execution
  • Source and manage complex, large-scale opportunities including multi-property hotel rollouts, commercial office buildouts, new-build and renovation programs, branded environment packages, and custom art commissions.
  • Lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial specification through quoting, sampling, creative alignment, and close coordinating internal resources at each stage.
  • Develop accurate, compelling commercial proposals and presentations that articulate Sensaria's value proposition relative to project scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Navigate negotiations involving price, lead time, customization, and fulfillment logistics with confidence and commercial acumen.
