Job Overview: We are actively searching for an experienced and driven Business Development Executive/Manager to take the reins in amplifying our footprint within the renewable energy and solar industry. Our goal is to find an individual who not only brings a wealth of experience but also a genuine motivation to make a positive impact on company growth and the renewable/solar energy sector. The ideal candidate will boast a track record of success in business development and possess a profound understanding of the solar energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

· Foster and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their energy requirements and delivering customized solar solutions.

· Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.

· Collaborate closely with technical teams to develop detailed and competitive proposals for Rooftop & ground-mounted solar projects.

· Stay updated on local and regional solar policies to ensure adherence and capitalize on opportunities.

· Demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in sales or marketing

· Previous work experience in solar companies.

· In-depth knowledge of solar EPC and installations.

· Excellent interpersonal skills.

· Professional appearance and a friendly disposition.

Salary : 30k to 40k

Location : Surat, Vapi, Valsad, Bharuch, Ankleshwar, (Gujarat)
