Remote Business Development Manager (Professional Services) - Dallas, TX Market!

*Must reside in Dallas, TX or surrounding area

Your Role & Responsibilities:
  1. Create and execute a business development plan to generate branch sales growth and profitability.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to generate new clients and expand current clients.
  3. Develop a target client list and marketing plan supporting strategic initiatives.
  4. Establish a daily and weekly business development schedule to meet gross margin goals.
  5. Work with your manager and/or sales coach to set activity and result expectations.
  6. Conduct sales activities and document progress systematically.
  7. Cross-sell services across all divisions of RemX and Employbridge.
  8. Enhance your knowledge through educational opportunities, networking, and industry publications.
  9. Contribute to the organization’s reputation by ownership and adding value to your role.
  10. Collaborate with a Sales Coach to improve sales and service skills.
  11. Maintain confidentiality to protect the organization’s value.
Skills, Knowledge, & Abilities:
  1. Staffing experience is required.
  2. Experience in B2B sales within sectors like accounting, engineering, legal, healthcare, admin/clerical, or contact support is preferred.
  3. Proficiency in telemarketing and prospect generation.
  4. Positive attitude, competitive spirit, and love for challenges.
  5. Ability to build relationships at all organizational levels, including C-suite executives.
  6. Capacity to develop and grow a local book of business based on sales skills and business acumen.
  7. Strong interpersonal skills and rapport-building with clients, candidates, and colleagues.
  8. Proven track record of meeting/exceeding goals using innovative methods like Lead Generation, Vidyard, Zoom, LinkedIn, etc.
  9. Ability to creatively use EmployBridge’s technology to reach clients and prospects.
